Interaction with Guests
We really love to talk with the guests and we are happy when they ask many questions about the city. We always try to be very present to help or give advice and to make guests feels Like their own home.Of course this may happen sometimes that me and my son are both busy with work and therefore not present at home. In that case don't worry we always leave our phone number and many written notices/tips
Our neighborhood is one of the oldest and most famous of Rome. Is a very clean and safe residential neighborhood very quiet without the usual city traffic is full of parks, good restaurants, pubs, caffetterie, shops and supermarket.
The area is very well connected with the city center that you can also reach with only 35 minute walk. Our apartment is so close(just 400 meters) from the bus stop with which you can reach all the most famous places in Rome in only 10/15 minutes. We are also very close to the subway only 10 minutes of walk.
This is my advice for reach my place :
1) you can take a taxi in around 45 minute you'll (email hidden) , say to the taxi driver to reach VIA DELLE ISOLE near VILLA TORLONIA, and will cost around 48 euro.
2)if you don't wont spend too much in Fiumicino you have to buy a train ticket (name of the train is LEONARDO EXPRESS) to reach Termini station (14 € each)
3)from Termini station you have to take bus number 38(direction PORTE DI ROMA)after 7 stops down to Corso Trieste(the ticket prize is 1.50 euro each and is valid for 100 minutes and you can take bus and subway with the same ticket)
FROM CIAMPINO :
1) take bus 720 direction STAZIONE LAURENTINA ( 20 stops around 27 minutes)
In stazione LAURENTINA take subway Line B direction RE BIBBIA (after 11 stops down to TERMINI) in TERMINI you have to take the bus number 38 and after 7 stops down to NOMENTANA / TRASIMENO
( the ticket prize is 1.50 euro each is valid for 100 minutes and you can take bus and subway with the same ticket)
2) in Ciampino there is a shuttle bus for reach termini (around 4 euro )
In Termini take bus 38 after 7 stops down to NOMENTANA / TRASIMENO
If you can sand me a text message when you are on the way on my home
If you take the bus to reach my place remember ring the bell to request the stop

Grande soggiorno a casa di Giorgio. La casa e' abbastanza centrale e Giorgio e'molto (website hidden) tornerei volentieri!
To visit Italy means to meet Italians, and that was why we have chosen Giorgio's flat- to get to know some interesting new people! It is inspiring place with good connection to the center od Rome (metro Bologna). We much appreciated quiet domestic neighbourghood after rush days in the city center. There is nice round Piazza close to the flat where you can have typical breakfast in an italian bar style in the morning. Giorgio has prepared some turistic maps and tips for us and also his advices from a domestic Roman we appreciated a lot! The room has very nice balcony with 2 seats, comfortable bed, WiFi included. Giorgio was very helpful to us. Looking forward to the next time!
It was a pleasure to stay at giorgios appartment! He really cared about us and told us a lot of good places to go in the centre of rome and around his place! If we will come back to rome someday we would definitly stay at giorgios flat again! The room is very beautiful, clean and has a lovly balcony! Good place for a short visit in rome!
We spent 5 days at Giorgio's apartment and it was really nice. We loved the room with it's balcony and the neighborhood a lot, perfect location to discover Rome and the "daily life" in Rome.
Giorgio was always very nice and helpful, absolutely a good Host.
We recommend to stay with Giorgio!
My boyfriend and I recently passed a weekend at Giorgio's home and I can honestly say that it was a pleasure. It was our first time using air bnb, and even though I was a little apprehensive at first, Giorgio opened his home to us and was more than welcoming. His directions, recommendations on places to eat and things to do/see were excellent- not to mention we really enjoyed chatting with him as well. His home was very eclectic but well kept and clean. The area while residential, was really cute and just 10 minutes walk to the closest metro stop. It was more than we could ask for and am looking forward to spending another weekend in Rome at Giorgios home in the near future!
This was my first time using airbnb and I could not be more happy! I rang the buzzer to Giorgio's apartment and saw him waving at me from the window. The minute I arrived, I felt so welcomed. The room is perfect, and the bed is so comfortable. Giorgio is a very talented photographer, and I was lucky to be able to sit down with him and hear some of the stories behind them. The neighborhood is beautiful and quite, perfect for relaxing after a long day walking around Rome. He was so helpful with directions and any questions we had. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment. I would love to return to Rome and stay with Giorgio again!!
Torneremo sicuramente.
