The space
This historic home was built in 1904. It is a spacious 3065 sqft with a blend of original architectural details as well as modern upgrades.

It has been home for many prominent business owners in Middlebury, dating back to the early 1900’s.

This home boasts 4 total bedrooms 3 bathrooms, a partially remodeled basement with a dry bar for guests to enjoy movies and games in. Each bedroom contains its own television as well.
