We recently moved into this amazing studio apartment in the heart of the Marina with a beautiful manicured garden, and only 1 block from the sailboats in the Marina. We travel a lot and we'd love it if the apartment served as a home for someone staying in San Francisco.
We are literally just blocks away from the chic Chestnut Street and only a block away from the the Marina. Not to brag, but most people are blown away by our apartment. The floors have been recently refinished and the layout is spacious, comfortable, and modern. You won't be disappointed!
About our great apartment:
- Stunning manicured garden with outdoor patio, heater and BBQ
- Amazing neighborhood blocks from bars and the water
- Big screen TV with WiFi
- Public transportation (bus) half block away
- Small dogs ok

Great location. Helpful and responsive owner. Clean and convenient studio.
The reservation was canceled 35 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
The one-day stay worked out well. Didn't meet him, but Bartek made sure everything went smoothly. Had a great time in the City.
Heed airbnb advice and check in with owner before the day of your reservation.
Very cute garden level apt very close to the marina. We were able to walk to a coffee shop for breakfast. The wharf was a longer hike so we drove but would rethink that next time as we lost our parking space and had to drive around for 30 min. To find another one. Very large flat screen tv but didn't know how to change the channel. The mattress was ok not great. Bathroom was nice with clean towels. Outside patio is the best feature.
Great place. Great location. Just beware opening the door is difficult.
Great stay! Cozy apartment, comfortable bed, and just a couple of blocks from the water.
Bartek was an excellent host and the unit and location were great. The water front was a quick walk, and right in the thick of the America's Cup event.
Most valuable asset of Bartek's house is its location, so close to San Francisco's Marina that you can almost hear the waves' sound.
Going out for a short walk and get breakfast looking at the Golden Gate and Alcatraz is really an added value; also parking is quite easy (considering the 2 hours limit anyway, but parking in side streets is quite safe: I saw controls only on the main streets and close to the Palace of Fine Arts...).
We were three, and with the futon out the space was really cramped, so this is a parameter to be carefully considered.
There is no hanging for jackets or small bags.
Bartek had a problem with the caretaker, so the bathroom was not very clean, and there was some dust around, but I am sure this has been a temporary/occasional problem.
Bartek made it super easy for me with clear communication. The description of the place was very accurate and the outdoor patio/garden area made it feel like an outdoor living room. Located in the Marina, it's blocks away from the presidio, palace of fine arts and everything yuppie on chestnut street. I'd definitely stay in the place if I want to be close to the north side of town.
Good location - great eats up the road and a short walk to the water with views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
