The space
Welcome to your unique 2-in-1 estate, featuring two separate units: 1 villa and 1 apartment with pool. Each unit has its own entrance for privacy.
The Treetop Villa is a spacious two-story home, accommodating up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and a huge living room.
Located on the ground floor is a cozy apartment that sleeps 2+2 guests, complete with 1 bedroom. If needed, we can set up here a small double bed for kids in the living room. Our main residence, a charming grass-roofed house, is located nearby, ensuring we are always available to assist you with any questions.
1) **Treetop Villa:** This villa has a 140 sqm living room with aircon, open kitchen, large sofa, TV corner, dining table for 6 and 180° views overlooking Rawai and Chalong.
The second level below has 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms (30 sqm each), each with its own bathroom.
Total living area: 260 sqm.
2) **Apartment:** Located on the ground floor of the Treetop Villa, this large 90 sqm apartment features a living room, 1 bedroom, and a kitchenette. Area including the infinity pool and terraces: 140 sqm.
The total area of the villa is approximately 400 sqm, plus a driveway and parking space for three cars.
Our villas and apartment are set on a hillside, providing great views. While the road is steep, it is accessible by car or motorcycle.
Car rentals are available at the airport and close to our estate, making it easy for you to explore all that Phuket has to offer.
The views from our Treetop Villa and Apartment are stunning. On clear days, you can see all the way to Phi Phi Island and enjoy a glimpse of the sea. Our elevated location provides a refreshing breeze and a cooler environment compared to the valley below, ensuring pleasant temperatures, especially in the afternoon shade.
Few places in Phuket offer such a lush, picturesque setting surrounded by nature, rolling hills, and a gentle breeze like our villas do.
For your convenience, you should be comfortable driving a scooter or car and possess a valid driving license. To reach our home, you'll need to navigate a short but steep hill. Although restaurants and shopping areas are within walking distance, the lack of pedestrian walkways means walking back up can be a workout! Car rentals start at approximately 1,200 Baht per day, while scooters are available for around 250 Baht per day nearby. Many rental shops even offer delivery of your vehicle directly to our estate.
Nai Harn is a charming community located in southern Phuket, with Chalong Bay, Rawai, and Nai Harn Beaches just a 5-minute drive away. Kata and Karon beaches are only 10 minutes away. You'll also find an array of fantastic restaurants nearby, serving both delicious Thai and international cuisine.
Our maid services are offered twice a week, and she'll clean the rooms while you are out. Towels are changed frequently, and bed sheets are replaced weekly.

You're welcome to explore the premises! Please remember to use the pool and gym safely to prevent any accidents. You can park motorcycles and cars in our driveway.
We strongly recommend renting a scooter, available for around 250 Baht per day, or a car, which you can rent at the airport for as low as 1,200 Baht per day. While walking up our hill is a great workout, you'll find that restaurants, shopping, and beaches are not really within walking distance. Taxis are a convenient alternative, and services like Grab and Bolt are readily available in Phuket. Enjoy your stay!
