This gorgeous home accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Every bedroom has an ensuite and a dedicated work space.

The primary bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, full bathroom, desk + chair and smart TV.

The two other bedrooms are fitted with a queen size bed, full bathroom, and desk + chair.

There are three full bathrooms, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. Two bathrooms have walk-in showers and one bathroom has a tub.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

Enjoy open concept living at this stunning condo with a deck overlooking Chatham main street.

The stunning kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you need to feel at home including double ovens, coffee machine + coffee, blender and so much more. There are 6 stools at the counter.

The dining area is in between the kitchen and living room with seats for 6 guests at the dining table + a bar cart.

Living room + Seating

The living room is equipped with a large sectional, smart TV and console table filled with games and bookings for your enjoyment. There is a second seating area in front of the kitchen with a cozy leather couch and two chairs. Note, you can not use the fireplace.

There is a laundry room with a washer + dryer, equipped with laundry detergent in a room off of the hallway.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

There is a deck off of the open concept living area with 4 chairs + table overlooking downtown Chatham.

There is also a large roof deck area with a dining table for 8 guests as well as a lounge area with couch + chairs and grill. There are set of stairs outside of the condo to access the roof deck. Enjoy a cookout or soak up some warm sunshine on the roof deck.

Both outdoor spaces are great spots to watch the Chatham 4th of July Parade or New Years Eve fireworks!
