This Beautiful 6 bedroom 4 bath lakefront home sits on one of Texas' most beautiful lakes. Tall pine trees, rolling hills, magnificent countryside views everywhere you go. Stunning views from the upstairs sundeck on the New Boat House. This Country home is on one acre of land with two patios viewing the lake, one right at the edge of the water with a fire pit for those late nights roasting marshmallows, hot dogs, and s’mores while sitting back and stargazing at the night sky.
The House will sleep 11 guests comfortably if snuggled in beds of different sizes while others can enjoy air mattresses (air mattresses aren’t supplied) There are 4 full baths, filled with linens, a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal. Outdoor Grill, Wi-fi, 42” LED Image screen entertainment with Apple TV, blue-ray for streaming, and a karaoke. A Playground and playroom with toys for the little ones, Two entertainment rooms, a fireplace room, and a media room for the whole family. two security camera decoys are not in service. There is a boathouse and a private boat slip. Bring your boat or jet skis and have fun on the water, watch the little ones playing in the water while sitting on the water view patio.
There are a lot of fun places to go while visiting the Country Lake Home, Antique shops, Restaurants, Golf “The Pine Dunes” “Emerald Bay Club”, “Oak Hurst Golf Course” Walking and riding bikes, and an indoor water park.
Watercraft rentals and much more. February, through May, is a nice time to visit when Spring is just coming out and May through August is all summer fun with the family. September through December watching the colors change from season to season and the wonderful Holidays at the house. Ask about our different holiday packages. There is even one where Santa comes to visit on Christmas Eve.

Four days prior to your visit, you will receive a welcome email for the Country Lake Home, which will include the check-in form / Mwo House policies and your digital lockbox access code.
Over Night Guest - There is an additional charge of $75.00 for each overnight guest exceeding our limit of 12, up to a maximum of 18 guests. Guests over this limit must be approved in advance by email to Mwo.reservations to add them to your reservation.
Events - "If there are extra guests who are not staying the night, but are only coming to visit or attend functions/events such as a family reunion, wedding, etc., it must be planned and arranged by Mwo Reservation.

Other things to note
Guest-Stay’s 30-days or longer require 2 Housekeeping Fee’s per month.
Prior to your departure, please leave the home as you found it and tidy up. There is a broom and a vacuum for guest use.
Please close all umbrellas and store pillows and cushions when not using so the wind doesn’t blow them away.
Four days before your visit you will receive the Welcome email to the Country lake home check-in form with access lockbox code information.
MWO Reservations will also communicate with you via email and mobile phone. We will only use the Airbnb messaging system for simple questions related to the property. All other communications—including your itinerary, check-in information, and related details—will come directly from MWO Reservations Email address.
In the event of an urgent or emergency situation, we may ask that you call, text, or email us directly, as messaging platforms such as Airbnb can occasionally experience delays or failures. All contact information and check-in details will be sent to you four days prior to your arrival.

No events
No large gatherings of groups of people, without in writing and a special invitation from the host /management company MWO Reservation.
Day visitors - only 5 per day per your reservation between the hours of 8:00 AM two 9:00 PM.
Failure to comply with these rules during your stay, you'll be asked to vacate the property.
