This area is easy to get around.
An exceptional location, you will get the luxury and exclusivity of the marina and you be close to the most important attractions of Puerto Vallarta: shopping malls, hospitals, galleries, gourmet restaurants, and the vibrant downtown area.

The unit has 1 bedroom with attached full bathroom. There is a secondary pullout bed with privacy curtains and full bathroom a few steps down the hall.

The space
VGolf is a 10-story tower development built in 2023, overlooking the golf course and ocean. You can find that special space for you with unforgettable views, as well as inspiring common areas, such as the roof garden with jacuzzi and hammocks, the restaurant, or its pool.

This unit is on the 6th floor accessible by elevator. The master bedroom has an attached full bathroom. It also has it's own TV The den area has a secondary bed with a second full bathroom across the hall.

The kitchen has an island in the center and has brand new appliances. There is a living area with another TV that leads out to a large balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. You can open the balcony to let in a cool breeze or turn on the air conditioner.

There is a washer/dryer in the unit making it convenient for a long term stay.

One of the great perks is it's central location, you can walk or take a 3 minute taxi/uber to to the marina where there are many restaurants, cafes and shopping boutiques. You can also walk across the street to the grocery store if you prefer to cook. The airport is also a 3-5 minute taxi/uber ride making it the easiest fly in/out location in the area.

The building facilities are excellent and include a pool area with a restaurant right next to it serving poolside food and alcoholic / nonalcoholic beverages (pay out of pocket). You can also request the staff to set up the fire pit to be turned on at night.There's a club house with a TV and pool table.

The rooftop has a gym, massage services (book at the front desk and they will provide pricing), 2 hot tubs, BBQ area and plenty of seating.

Guest access
Guests can use all areas of the condo and any of the VGolf facilities - Pool, Gym, Clubhouse, etc.
