Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Our home is suitable to accommodate them. A pet fee is applied to your stay if booking with pets.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the quiet time after 10 pm.
★ 3PM CHECKIN / 10AM CHECKOUT ★
For early check-in or late checkout we are happy to be flexible if the schedule allows. Please contact us if needed. An early check-in or late checkout cannot be approved without prior approval from management.
★ KEYLESS ENTRY ★
We offer a keyless entrance and will provide you with the door code to enter the house upon check-in. Our guests can check in at their own leisure any time after check in time.
Please Note: Life jackets are not provided at the property. For your safety and in compliance with local regulations, guests are required to bring their own properly fitted life jackets if planning to use any watercraft or engage in water activities during their stay.

Additional rules
- Shoes off when entering the house - No additional guests over what's on the rental agreement without approval of host
- Early check in and check out fee of $20 per hour with approval from host.
- Dishes must be cleaned before checking out, if dirty dishes are found an additional $25 fee will be charged.
- Report to the host if there is anything damaged or broken during stay. Any unreported damage, broken and or stolen items will have an additional charge of $25 on top of the replacement or repair costs of item(s).
- Communicate with host about any questions you might have regarding your stay. We will do our best to answer all reasonable requests.
- No smoking inside the home. If found smoking inside, you will be asked to vacate the rental and fined $500. No tolerance for smoking inside, there are designated smoking areas outside.
- Life jackets are not provided at the property. For your safety and in compliance with local regulations, guests are required to bring their own properly fitted life jackets if planning to use any watercraft or engage in water activities during their stay.
