Managed by The FAM Holiday Property Management in Jervis Bay and absolute waterfront on St Georges Basin, the location is second to none with direct water access and incredible views. Fish from the shore, paddle from the backyard on our kayak or SUP, let the kids swim in the shallows or take a short drive to the local boat ramp to launch larger vessels. Whilst the large, grassy backyard has space for everyone to enjoy, as well as a fire pit (winter use only due to fire regulations), undercover ping pong table, and back deck with lounge, dining space and bar fridge.

Note, one of the queen rooms is accessed through an open plan living / bedroom space with a further queen bed. This is perfect if a second or third family or relatives are travelling with you.

- 5 bedrooms. 1 king master with ensuite, 3 queen rooms and 1 room with 2 x singles. Please note, 1 queen room is accessed through an 'apartment style' area of the house with a lounge in one area and open queen bedroom. This bedroom has a door whilst the bedroom it is accessed through has a low dividing wall between it and the lounge. Ask us if you have questions about the layout. This area really suits multiple families, friends or relatives travelling together and looking for individual spaces
- 3 bathrooms one of which is the ensuite to the master. 2 are fully renovated and 1 is original but well kept
- Fully fenced front yard, back yard has direct water access and there is no fence between the grass and water
Guest access
MontRose is for your exclusive use during your stay.
We have a driveway for you to park inside a gate - the front yard is entirely fenced for dogs but the backyard has direct water access. There is no fence between the lawn and the water.
Onsite there is a private studio by the water which is not for guest use internally but you are welcome to sit on the deck - the view is beautiful! No one else will be at the studio during your stay.
There are private detached garages onsite that are not for guest use.
The home is predominantly single level but has some steps to a living space and from the deck to the backyard. Ask us if you have accessibility requirements.
