Bologna is renowned for its culinary traditions, including its well-known Bolognese sauce, balsamic vinegar, pasta filled raviolis, prosciutto, cheeses and of course fine wines. My love of cooking and baking will enhance your visit with freshly prepared breads, pastas and other culinary delights, and upon request, will happily provide guests with lessons.
If nature is what you seek, the surroundings include over 120 km of bicycle (you can rent at home) trails divided into five radial routes departing and arriving from the centre of the suburbs, making this an ideal excursion on two wheels. Aside from his love of cooking, Massimo also has a passion for painting in watercolours and would be delighted if you wish to join.
