The space
Your Frog Call hideaway has numerous hiking trails along bubbling streams. From the romantic claw foot tub, watch trout jumping in the catch and release pond and animals romp in the meadow. Most cell phones have poor reception unless connected to the internet. There is a land line and internet connection if you are forced to have contact with the outside world. The handicap access treehouse and the bunkhouse are sleeper houses and do not have running water or electricity. Lanterns and candles provided. The bunkhouse is a 5 minute walk across the meadow. The tree house is a 10 minute stroll. What you will find at Frog Call is an abundance of nature, with cozy accommodations, and a serenity that can only be experienced. Custom packages are available for your individualized retreats. Perfect for honeymoons, family gatherings, individual retreats. Once confirmation of booking and payment has been made, a short term rental agreement and liability waiver will be emailed to you.

Dahlonega is approximately an hour and a half from Atlanta, GA. Frog Call is only six miles from downtown Dahlonega, less than a 10 minute drive.

Neighborhood highlights

The lovely town of Dahlonega is the site of the first East Coast gold rush in America. There is a really interesting gold museum, old gold mines for exploring, and fun restaurants and shopping on the square. The area has beautiful waterfalls, golf, fishing, canoing and rafting on the rivers, and approximately a dozen wineries in the area. Winery and vineyard tours are available through local tour groups.
