Additionally, upon registering at the Casa de Campo Villa Owners Club, you will receive a guest ID granting access to the resort’s amenities, including:

Important:
The villa is located within a private, gated resort. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Outside visitors are not permitted.

Casa de Campo Resort Fees
All guests staying in private villas are required to register and pay a mandatory resort fee at the Villa Owners Club upon arrival. Fees are charged per person, per day:
• USD $30 for adults (ages 12 and over)
• USD $15 for children (ages 4–12)
• Children under 4: Complimentary
Booking Age Requirement Policy:
• The primary guest (booker) must be at least 26 years old at the time of booking.
• The booker must be present for the entire stay and cannot book on behalf of others.
• A valid government-issued ID is required for reservation to be approved to verify the booker’s age.
• Reservations that do not meet these requirements will be automatically declined or canceled
