The whole upstairs separate level is for your exclusive use. Downstairs unit, downstairs patio and garage are a separate rental on the opposite side of the house.

Other things to note
This is our home, and we ask that you respect it as you would your own. Please remove your shoes. We love hosting families, but parties are STRICTLY prohibited and will result in loss of deposit.

The dryer is a bit touchy. Please set it to a setting that allows you to turn the dryness up all the way for faster and more efficient drying.

All dogs need to be on a leash if they are outside. This because there is a lot of wildlife (deer, raccoons etc), the neighbors have dogs, and so as not to disturb the guests in the ADU unit. Thank you for your understanding.
