VILA LAURENS, that received 5 stars from the Office de Tourisme in France, is a fantastic town house boasting a patio and a terrace, a little pool, great cityscape views and a (small) garage in the quiet area of intra-muros L'Isle-sur-la-Sorge, in the hearth of historic town center, a stone throw away from shops, restaurants and market.

VILA LAURENS is delightful, authentical, fully renovated and refurbished with quality material and furniture offered by ALYXT's Properties.

The space
VILA LAURENS is located in the oldest part of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the Nord-West area formerly - that is back to the Vth century - known as Saint-Laurent. The building itself has no known age.

VILA LAURENS offers:
* On the ground floor: a patio with a small pond, a garage / covered terrace, a kitchen and living space, a WC and cloakroom / laundry room.
* On the first floor, the Céleste suite with king size bed and marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Also on the first floor, the utilities cupboard.
* On the second floor the Sable suite with king size bed and marble bathroom with walk-in shower.

Importantly, due to the narrowness of the street, entering the garage with a long vehicle (max 4.50 m) is challenging.

Guest access
The entire house is available for the guests.

Other things to note
The garage is accessible by cars up to 4.50 m long. As it is a bit of a stretch, we advise using cars no longer than 4.00 m. When not occupied by a car, the garage can serve as a covered terrace that nicely opens on patio and pond.

The coffee machine is a Senseo for which Senseo - or other brands - pods are to be used. Very easy to find in any supermarkets.
