Discover modern comfort in our stylish 2-bedroom house. With a full kitchen, dining area, and living room, it's perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, ensuring a restful stay. Conveniently located, it's your ideal home away from home.

The space
Our home is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. As you enter the first floor you have the living room with a 65 inch smart TV. The sonos music system is controlled by the ipad located on the bookshelf, allowing you to play music of your choice. Dining room table can hold 6 people and there are also games available for you to play. The kitchen is off of the dining room and equipped with your basic needs. To access the bedrooms and full bath you would need to make your way up the stairs to the second floor. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, with a sitting area and smart tv. Bedroom #2 is the perfect movie room, equipped with a projector and 2 full size beds.
The backyard is shared with our tenant who lives in the basement. The tenant has a separate entrance to their unit, but needs to walk past the driveway to access, however you would have access to park in the driveway.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the two bedrooms , living room , kitchen , dining room . The backyard is shared .

Other things to note
Nice bus N40 or N41 bus stop is a 5 min walk from the house.
LIRR Freeport train station is a 7 min drive or you can also take the bus to the train. The LIRR takes you into Manhattan (the city) You can also take it to get to Brooklyn.

JFK international airport is a 20 mins.
LGA 35 min.
