The cabin features sunset views on Lake Pend Oreille/Schweitzer Mountain. Built & furnished with the finest materials. Lakefront. Private dock. Serene. Optional Power Boat for rent on site.

As a legal and permitted Airbnb, we are limited to 2 cars and 6 people on the property. We get dozens of requests to host weddings, which we must regretfully decline each.

The space
Le Petite Bijou includes a 727 sf elegant home with sleeping loft. There is a boat dock with a lift. There is also a Bunk House porch with swinging day bed to use by the lake. We've added a luxury outdoor bathroom as well. The space also includes a magnificent lawn with fire ring for evening campfires by the lake. Note, for the sake of safety, campfires are usually not permitted by local authorities in late July and August or until late season rains resume. Campfire bans are set by local authorities and vary with conditions from year to year. If you plan to have a campfire during summer months, please check with us. You may also see signs posted by local authorities as well.

Your party will be the only guests on the 4.5 acres offering your party maximum privacy.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, exclusive use of the lawn and boat dock. They will be able to use the bunk house porch as well.

Other things to note
We are limited by our county permit to a maximum use of 2 cars and 6 people on the property. As such, we cannot host weddings. While we are delighted to accommodate honeymooners, we thank you for understanding in advance, that we cannot host events of any kind.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is simply a lakefront raw nature delight. One neighbors house is in view of the property, and it is quite private. Our guest love walking the road to Bottle Bay, but we do advise them not to venture off the road, as you can mistakenly walk down a neighbors driveway and not know it.
