I am looking for a quiet, clean, responsible person to sublet my fully-furnished Noe Valley Apartment from December 1, 2013 to April 30th, 2014 (a 5 Month Winter Sublet), with the option to sublet again from June 1st, 2014 - August 31st, 2014 (additional 3 months).
The Apartment is located on a very quiet and charming street in Noe Valley, a half a block away from Church Street, where you can catch the J MUNI Line and be downtown in 15-20 minutes. Its also located near shops and markets, including the new Whole Foods that recently opened up on 24th Street, and a 10 minute walk to Dolores Park. Street parking is easy and I usually find a spot on my block or within a couple blocks.
The Apartment is a spacious open Studio/In-Law, with an office, living room, bedroom, large kitchen, 1 bathroom (with bathtub), and large backyard garden and deck area. The apartment is furnished with a KEETSA 100% All Organic memory foam Queen bed, Futon Couch (to host guests), office desk, dining table, 32' Flat Screen TV, Love Seat, and kitchen appliances (new LG stove/range), pots/pans/plates/silverware, etc.
This is a great turn-key sublet for someone who is relocation to the SF Bay Area and needs a temporary place to live while they find a permanent place. If you work in the South Bay/Silicon Valley area, there a a number of company shuttle buses (i.e. (website hidden)) that stop within a half-block of the apartment. And if you work in downtown SF, the J-Church Muni takes 15-20 minutes and the stop is a half-block away from the apartment.
Includes all of the following INCLUDING ALL UTILITIES:
* Use of all furniture/kitchen appliances/Flat Screen/DVD/Stereo
* High-Speed Internet (WiFi and hardline USB cable)
* ALL Utilities (including Electricity/Gas, Garbage, Water, etc.)
* Use of garden and garden furniture
* Washer & Dryer (non-coin operated)
Serious inquiries only please!

(owner/host of Buenaventura)
Harlow's first visions, inspirations, &
manifestations towards his dream of creating Buenaventura began in August of 1996, when he was on a two month 'soul-searching'
backpacking trip through Mexico and Central
America; when he found himself sitting on the
backside of a Mayan Temple in Tikal, and while
looking out over the Peten & Lancandon jungles
of Guatemala... it was at that moment when the Buenaventura dream was born!
As your host at Buenaventura, Harlow provides turn-key simple living experiences, gatherings and retreats for individuals, couples, honeymooners, families and groups and to nourish them in nature through clean live water, fresh pure oxygen, home-grown & cooked organic meals, and salt-to-the-earth grounding experiences...!
