I am looking for a quiet, clean, responsible person to sublet my fully-furnished Noe Valley Apartment from December 1, 2013 to April 30th, 2014 (a 5 Month Winter Sublet), with the option to sublet again from June 1st, 2014 - August 31st, 2014 (additional 3 months).
The Apartment is located on a very quiet and charming street in Noe Valley, a half a block away from Church Street, where you can catch the J MUNI Line and be downtown in 15-20 minutes. Its also located near shops and markets, including the new Whole Foods that recently opened up on 24th Street, and a 10 minute walk to Dolores Park. Street parking is easy and I usually find a spot on my block or within a couple blocks.
The Apartment is a spacious open Studio/In-Law, with an office, living room, bedroom, large kitchen, 1 bathroom (with bathtub), and large backyard garden and deck area. The apartment is furnished with a KEETSA 100% All Organic memory foam Queen bed, Futon Couch (to host guests), office desk, dining table, 32' Flat Screen TV, Love Seat, and kitchen appliances (new LG stove/range), pots/pans/plates/silverware, etc.
This is a great turn-key sublet for someone who is relocation to the SF Bay Area and needs a temporary place to live while they find a permanent place. If you work in the South Bay/Silicon Valley area, there a a number of company shuttle buses (i.e. (website hidden)) that stop within a half-block of the apartment. And if you work in downtown SF, the J-Church Muni takes 15-20 minutes and the stop is a half-block away from the apartment.

A fantastic cabin in the remote mountains of Rio Savegre. Found my peace in the solitude. The best part was sitting under the 200ft Ceiba tree and just listening to the sounds of the river.
Tamara provided some wonderful meals using fresh ingredients grown on their farm. A real culinary treat after eating rice and bean dishes for the last 6 weeks.
The pueblo near the cabins is very chill and amiable, unlike some of the coastal surf towns in CR. A much needed change of pace in my long trip.
Go here for simplicity, solitude, and adventure.
what a unique Costa Rican experience. a great way to get away from the tourist areas and explore the real Costa Rican jungle. Tamara provided us amazing local dishes and Harlow let us sample some of his locally made chichas drinks! very hospitable and the accommodations were just perfect for my fiance and I. Having the river right out front was amazing. As an avid fly fisherman i brought my flyrod and caught many fish. The road to Harlow's place was an adventure in itself, passing by many local villages and seeing great views of the valley. Although a 4x4 is probably a good idea, the drive wasn't that bad at all. Overall best part of our trip was Buenaventure. We recommend this place for anyone with a sense of adventure and looking to experience something other than just the beach. We'll be coming back one day!
