OYADO Usagi is a private whole house for up to 9 guests.
It is a 3-minute walk from JR Fuji Station, and 1 free on-site parking space is available.
A supermarket is only 30 seconds away on foot, so the house is convenient for both train travelers and guests with a car.

Starting July 10, the official Mt. Fuji climbing season finally begins!
This world-famous season attracts travelers from around the globe, and accommodations fill up quickly every year.
The space
This house is a good base for Mt. Fuji sightseeing, summer climbing trips, family holidays, and group stays. You can move around easily, buy what you need nearby, and come back to a private space where your group can relax.
The house has two different styles.
The 1st floor is modern, bright, and practical. The 2nd floor has a nostalgic retro Japanese atmosphere.
If you want both comfort and a local character, this house offers a stay that feels more personal than a standard hotel.
The living and dining area is spacious, and a projector is available for your group to enjoy YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video after a day of travel. The house also has a kitchen, bathroom, toilets, washbasins, and a balcony.
On clear days, you can see Mt. Fuji from the balcony.
Daily shopping is easy during your stay.
In addition to the supermarket across the street, a 100-yen shop, convenience store, and drugstore are all within walking distance.
The location works well for guests who want to explore Fuji City, visit Mt. Fuji area spots, or take day trips by train or car.

Guest access
Please make yourself at home and enjoy the entire house during your stay.
However, please note that the storage area in the hallway on the second floor is for staff use only and is not accessible to guests.
The open space on the north side in front of the house belongs to another property owner, so please refrain from entering that area.

Other things to note
The host of [OYADO Usagi] speaks only Japanese, but we do our best to communicate with guests from overseas using translation apps and gestures. Please feel comfortable coming to stay—we’ll make every effort to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
●Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including e-cigarettes.
Please refrain from smoking at the entrance, on the balcony, or in nearby parks.
A designated smoking area is available on the south side pathway of the facility.
If smoking occurs indoors, we will perform deodorizing cleaning. In such cases, a fee of ¥10,000 will be charged to cover the costs.
● Garbage
Please leave all trash inside the house—we will collect it after your stay.
Large items (such as suitcases) may incur an additional disposal fee.
Do not leave garbage outside, on nearby roads, or in public trash areas.
● For Guests Staying Multiple Nights
* Towels and sheets are not changed during your stay. Please use the washing machine to clean them as needed.
* No cleaning service is provided during your stay.
* If you would like us to collect your trash during your stay, please let us know.
● Security Camera
In accordance with local government guidelines, a security camera is installed at the entrance for safety.
● Identification Requirement
Under Japan’s Hotel Business Act, all guests are required to provide identification information so that we can prepare a guest register.
Required information:
* Name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport number
* A clear photo of the entire passport
* A photo showing both the passport photo page and the guest’s face (for identity verification)
*Guests with a residence in Japan may provide a photo ID instead.
If this information cannot be provided, we may unfortunately be unable to accommodate your stay.
