Sunset Junction is a favorite spot of locals to grab delicious coffee at Intelligentsia, amazing spices for cooking at Spice Station, and refreshing gelato at Pazzo. Enjoy long walks though Silver Lake, one of Los Angeles' prettiest neighborhoods with beautiful houses from the 1920s through 1960s set on garden and tree-lined hilly street. Silver Lake is right next to the Griffith Observatory and Park, featuring a planetarium and museum, stunning views of all of Los Angeles, and numerous hiking trails. It's a great place to spend the day, bring a picnic and stay for the sunset. • Group of 6, we had a great time. Nice neighborhood and convenience location for getting around. 1 shower, but 2 bathrooms so wasn't too crazy getting ready. Would stay again and recommend to others.

  • This apartment is just wonderful. Beautifully appointed with nice linens, towels, and a completely outfitted kitchen. The location is lovely and easy to find, with transit right down on Sunset so you don't even have to have a car. Michael is a prince of a manager. The only reason I hesitate to praise the apartment so highly is because I want it to be available next time!

  • The house is conveniently located in Silverlake if you have any business going NE of Los Angeles, helping avoid most of traffic out of the city. Michael was super easy to communicate with leading up to, and during our stay.
The quirky decoration will provide plenty to talk about, from the pink panther to the smurf shadow boxes. The porch and the backyard would be great to sit and dine. We didn't really have the chance as we were generally busy running around the city.
The beds are comfortable and the apartment is nicely laid out. The provided towels and toiletries were very nice.
The kitchen could probably use a better stock of utensils, and the roughness of the bathroom fixtures stands out a little given how contemporary the rest of the decoration is, but it isn't a significant problem.

  • I'm not one to do reviews, but our stay here was simply amazing. The place is a cozy oasis, and the apartment is equipped with every anticipation in mind (to the finest details, from excess toiletries to kitchen items you wouldn't think you'd need but do). The home is nested on a street corner with ample shade which makes the terrace a favorite place in the house to eat meals or simply spend hours together. We simply couldn't have asked for a better home away from home.

  • Michael was so easy to work with and the apartment was everything that was promised. It was light and airy as well as clean, comfortable and well appointed. The patio was such a lovely place to eat breakfast in the morning and wind down with a glas of wine in the evening. The information that Michael left for us, including great restaurant choices, was super helpful. The beds are comfy, the towels soft and the artwork was really great. I highly recommend the Elevado House for your next trip to LA.

  • What a sublime week we spent -- attending our son's wedding in L.A. -- with our compadres on tranquil Elevado street in Silver Lake. The well-appointed kitchen facilities and charming dining setting -- either indoors or on the veranda -- were what drew us to consider this spot. Our expectations were far surpassed, and Michael made our stay a complete success. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped in the door. Perfect place for two couples who love to cook. The bedding was top notch. And although we needed the air conditioning that hot week, the breezes from multiple patios and balconies, all with fine views, were especially welcome. We'll be back! Soon, we hope.

  • The house was even beyond our expectations! It is so stylishly decorated, we were charmed by all the small touches and loved coming back after a long day at a trade show to enjoy a glass of wine and dinner on the outside terrace. The kitchen is fully outfitted with high end appliances and utensils and it was so enjoyable to cook in. Having 3 women in the house, the added bathroom was crucial as well.

Michael was so helpful and easy to get in touch with. He answered all our questions and really made us feel at ease. The house has a really useful manual with the information about the house and the surrounding areas and the location was perfect for us. I look forward to returning here on our next trip to LA!

Thanks for all your help Michael!
