Established in 1903, the old bones of this building have a lot of magic hidden in them and the owners of The Weeping Glass have brought them back to life in this extension of their curiosity shop.
Minutes from other off beat and unique businesses and a short ride to down town and the South Side.
Please note that due to demand, our cancelation policy is extremely firm.

The space
Welcome Weary Traveler! We've created a lot of magic in this haunting early 1900s building.
The Weary Traveler rests just above the Weeping Glass Oddities Shop and is a 3 story monument to the strange and unusual.
Conjure a meal in our fully equipped Witch Kitchen, or conjure ghosts of the past in our Seance Room.
Dim the lights and settle in for a spooky movie in our Parlor (2 Large Velvet Couches).
Spend a peaceful night in the Dark Forest Room (Queen Bed) or gather in the Alchemist's Loft to lounge or have a good night's rest (Queen Bed & Sofa Bed).
The Poison Garden bathroom has a big tub and relaxing vibe for a soak.
You are also minutes from other off beat and unique businesses in the Allentown neighborhood including Death Comes Lifting Gym, Grim Wizard Coffee, and Bottlerocket Social Hall.

Other things to note
Please note that the light rail runs through our neighborhood until 10/25, and picks up across the street from our space, but it is also a little noisy. If you are a light sleeper you might want to consider other accommodations.
Due to the unique nature of our BnB and the collection that lies within, we are a destination stay.
This space is not suitable for infants or children under 13.
We vet every stay request to ensure our space is right for you and you are right for our space.
Parking for the Traveler is side street metered parking directly across the street, or a public parking lot on the block, there is also free parking on the cross street of Allen right around the corner from the space.
There is a light rail that picks up and drops off mere feet from the Traveler that travels to both downtown and the north shore.

Hello! My name is Kelly and I am an artist & designer. I own the oddities shop right below your stay as well as the neighborhood coffee shop around the corner. I also host and curate our neighborhood's night market. I love this community and have been actively helping build our business district in my 8 years here on the Hilltop.
