The space
The family-friendly, charming and individual old building apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg in the beautiful district of Uhlenhorst. In the immediate vicinity of the Alster (approx. 3-minute walk) in a well-kept Art Nouveau apartment building.
Our exceptional apartment, with attention to detail, extends over three levels of over 120 square meters.
In the basement there is the shower room, the modern, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet, as well as two utility rooms.
On the first floor (with private access directly into the apartment) is the spacious living/dining area with a large wooden table to sit together in a cozy atmosphere with family or friends while eating.
In this area, with a ceiling height of 5 meters and original stucco on the ceiling, there is also a gallery that can be reached via a spiral staircase. On which there is a cozy living area.
(Sofa bed 1.50 x 2.00 as well as TV cable connection).
Connected to the living/dining area, a staircase leads to the bedrooms at the rear.
In the front area of the mezzanine is the first and smallest room. Equipped with a sofa bed (150 × 200).
Another bedroom, also with a double bed and slightly smaller (160 × 200), is located in the middle area (upper floor).
A large bedroom with double bed (180 × 200) and enough space to possibly set up a baby/toddler travel bed (we have on site) is located in the rear area (upper floor), with large windows to the green inner courtyard.
All three bedrooms are separately accessible from each other. A staircase leads to the bathroom and kitchen.
Please note that children are welcome with us. We have incorporated a few considerations into the amenities for our little guests to make the stay more comfortable and relaxing for families. (We ourselves have three grown children and four grandchildren). However, our apartment is NOT equipped with all possible safety precautions.
Check-in and check-out are agreed by arrangement.
Upon arrival, we will be on site and will introduce our guests to the conditions of our apartment.
Furthermore, we explain the functionality of the code door lock, check-in check-out, Wi-Fi terms of use, emergency facilities and house rules.
The mandatory Hamburg culture and tourist tax per guest, per night will be borne by us - so it is included.
