This flat is a comfortable, bright, large apartment located in a quiet residential enclave in San Lorenzo area, at the hedge of the historic district, bordered by a bustling shopping area and provided with excellent services and transportation links. Recently renovated, it is suitable for a family or for a professional residence.
The flat covers ca. 80 sq.mts. and has graceful details throughout - high ceilings (3,50 m.), plaster cornices, and parquet floors. It consists of a large living room with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, one bath.

The building occupies a corner lot overlooking a private garden. Built in the thirties and renovated forty years later, it consists of four storeys, topped by a rooftop terrace. Marsi Flat is on floor number 1 (with elevator).
It has double exposure: the principal room face North-East; the bedrooms face North-West on a private alley. It is bright and quiet, and offers the advantage of cross-ventilation in the warmer months. It has been recently renovated to a high standard including entirely new electrical system, bath, Internet Wi-Fi, appliances and radiators.

Absolutely gorgeous flat. Bit of confusion concerning check-in, but it was a great base to explore Rome from. San Lorenzo was excellent - the area was full of food and nightlife. Thank you again!
We really liked the apartment and felt immediately comfortable. It was clean, well equipped and everything was the way as it is described on the Airbnb-Website.
In my opinion the quarter is a perfect place for a stay, because it is still in the center, but more quiet and many young people and students seem to live there.
Besides we were really impressed by the wonderful courtyard that you see from the bedrooms' windows.
If we undertake another trip to Rome, we will not hesitate to rent that apartment again.
Fijne buurt. Prettig appartement: smaakvol, comfortabel en zeer compleet. Een aanrader! Lekker eten in de buurt, Pastificio vonden we het lekkerst en leukst.
Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The apartment is exactly as per the photos (only better). The house is cosy, with great heating and brand new appliances. The master bedroom looks out onto an inner courtyard that is also a garden.
The owner also has a great collection of DVDs!
The neighbourhood is hip and close to the centre of town. There are lots of nice restaurants. We hired bicycles, and were able to be in city centre in 10 minutes (it's a nice bike ride along the city walls).
Joseph, who manages the apartment, is very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
All round, another great Airbnb experience - many thanks!
The apartment was really nice, clean and spacious. Although it is in Saint Lorenzo an area in Rome that is famous for it is noisy vibrant nightlife, the apartment was on a quiet street so I didn't have any problem with that at all. The kitchen is fully equipped and the decoration was simple and elegant.
Joseph , the gentleman who handled the check in and out was very helpful and attentive.
Over all I enjoyed my 1 month time spent in that apartment.
We enjoyed the apt.; it is very comfortable, cozy, and while not in the center of Rome, it's in an interesting location with lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood and has good access to public transportation. There is someone at the location to welcome you and answer questions about the neighborhood, etc which is very convenient. The apt is also well represented by the photos.
We had a nice stay. Thank you!
