The studio is approximately 300 square feet. It has a queen memory foam bed with topper, a comfortable seating area and large closet. Wifi and a flat screen TV with streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime services are included. Kitchen includes a Nespresso Machine, tea, and cooking supplies. The studio is perfect for up to 2 guests and a dog. Washer and Dryer are available in the basement for your use. Parking spots are usually available directly on our street during the day or within a 2 block radius any time of the day.

We love hosting people and want to make your stay comfortable and fun. We're here for any questions or requests for recommendations for activities or restaurants. Otherwise we want to give our guests privacy and space.

Centrally located in the Lake Merritt area between Grand and Lakeshore Avenues, the two main strips with all the shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants. Lake Merritt and Uptown also boast art and music venues that suit every taste. Parking is usually available directly on our street during the day, or within a two-block radius any time of the day.

Bus stops are two blocks away. The NL bus stop is 3 short blocks away and go to Uptown Oakland in an approximately 13-minute ride, and to downtown San Francisco in approximately 35 minutes. The Bay Area Rapid Transit "BART" train station is approximately a 35 minute walk past (mostly along Lake Merritt), or a 5-minute Uber / Lyft ride, with a train ride of approximately 12 minutes to S.F downtown.
