The Nautical Perch is a peaceful waterfront retreat providing a Birds-eye view of the meadows and spectacular front seat to endless breath taking sunsets. This calming getaway offers the perfect combination of family fun crabbing, boating, kayaking, fishing while also allowing you to kick back and relax while sipping on your morning coffee from the back deck or enjoying an evening cocktail under the string lights and star-lit skies. Just 10minutes from LBI & 5min. boat ride to open bay.

The space
2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1-Queen Size Bed, Bedroom 2-Twin size bed with trundle twin), Queen size pull out bed with couch (Serta Couch Pull out), 1 bathroom, Washer/Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, charcoal grill (only to be used downstairs on stones, air conditioning (Window units) or Open the windows for refreshing salt water breeze. Parking for 2 vehicles.
1 adult kayak, 2 crab traps, beach toys, 2 beach chairs, boat slip for up to 25ft boat or two jet skis (Free municipal boat ramp at end of road)(mid tide water depth 3.5-4ft), boat trailer parking upon request, fire pit (wood not provided), balcony seating, patio, lounge chairs, swing, bar area, string lighting (set from 7:30pm-11pm), recess lighting under house for additional lighting.

2 vehicle parking. Feel free to kayak, boat, crab, fish. (Boat trailer parking upon request)
Enjoy vacationing on Long Beach Island without the LBI price tag.

Other things to note
Landlord local if any issues should arise. Handbook provided in rental detailing local hot spots- restaurants, bars, fun activities etc. please reach out with any questions. An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if house is left is left excessively messy/dirty. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
