Make the most of summer at our family-friendly waterfront cottage with a wide range of outdoor features designed for relaxation and fun:

- Soak up the sun on your own private dock complete with a swim ladder and gentle, sandy lake entry—ideal for families with children or anyone who enjoys easy access to the water.

- Explore Butterfly Lake with the included canoe and two stand-up paddleboards, perfect for both beginners and experienced paddlers looking to enjoy the scenic surroundings.

- End your evenings at the lakeside fire pit, toasting marshmallows and watching the stars in the clear Muskoka night sky.

- Fire up the propane BBQ grill and enjoy your meals on the spacious outdoor dining deck, surrounded by peaceful lake views.

- Keep everyone entertained with lawn games like Bocce Ball—great for kids and adults alike.

- Life jackets are provided in various sizes to ensure water safety for guests of all ages.

Please note: The lake entry is naturally sandy and slopes gradually into deeper water—ideal for swimming and wading.

All 3 bathrooms have toiletries, clean towels and a hair dryer. There is one bathroom located on each level of the cottage.

Guests have access to the entire cottage and property, except for the upstairs primary bedroom walk in closet and shed. Garage access is for garbage storage only.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

Please be respectful of our cottage and our belongings. A lot of time and care has gone into crafting this space to be as warm and inviting as possible which has resulted in a welcoming space that we hope to share with our guests for a long time.
