This bright, fully remodeled cabin sits high in the tree-tops w/peek-a-boo views of lake. SunnyCabin is a true nature-bath retreat right across the street from the lake's edge & a short walk to the Village. Features include an EV Charge Station, 4 Bedrooms (w/ custom-built bunk room) & 3 full Bathrooms (1 on each level) allowing for plenty of room to stretch out & relax. 3 decks surround the cabin where you'll find a gas fire pit, dining table, infrared sauna, new gas grill & air hockey table.

SunnyCabin's great room boasts a 25' A-framed ceiling adorned by a black wrought iron chandelier. The caviar colored brick fireplace offers bench seating for guests to enjoy the views from the heart of the home. The newly designed open-concept living room with chef's kitchen make this main floor space a favorite for all. This main floor also hosts 2 bedrooms with heavenly queen beds and 1 full bathroom, all well appointed.
Out the front door on this main level, you will find a spacious deck lit by bistro string lights with Adirondack chairs and gas fire pit to take in the skyline views. An outdoor dining table area is also available for an under stars dinner experience.
Upstairs, a spacious one-of-a-kind primary bedroom with king size bed, vaulted tongue & groove ceilings with giant wood beams that will surely capture the imagination of anyone staying the night here. A stylish remodeled ensuite will not disappoint either with it's large walk-in shower and 10" rain shower head. This dreamy principal bedroom has stunning treetop vistas from its oversized windows and a private balcony with peek-a-boo views of the lake. A quaint Nespresso coffee bar awaits you as well to enjoy a perfect cup of coffee or tea as the sun rises without ever having to leave your bedroom. And trust us, it's so perfect being up in this primary bedroom loft, you won't want to leave!
Downstairs on the lower level, the custom built bunkbed room is made up of 1 full size bed & 3 twin beds. Each bed has its own dimmable reading light, outlet with USB plug-in and cubby holes to store personal items. Backlit built-in wall shelves house a variety of games for the family along with an XBOX station & flatscreen TV. This lower bunkbed room level has its own full bathroom perfect for the younger ones and teens. A large sliding glass door opens up on to the lower level deck connecting you back to nature! It’s a perfect spot to sit and play your favorite card game too. This is where you will also find the air hockey table and infrared outdoor sauna to rejuvenate body & mind. Studies show that 30 mins a day will improve your sleep, heal your ailments and overall lengthen your life.
The backyard hosts yet another outdoor deck space in the shape of an octagon. Located right outside the kitchen back door off the main level, it is a perfect spot for grilling (beautiful new gas grill provided w/ grilling tools) and has a great retro table w/umbrella and chairs for gathering.
The property runs street to street so there is parking in both upper and lower spots. The "UPPER" parking is a bit tricky as it does not show up on google earth maps. Depending on weather & current road conditions, best to have a 4x4 for this single car spot. The "LOWER" front parking spots (2-3 vehicles) will be used most often. Our EV charging station is also located there to be sure you have plenty of juice to get around the mountain during your stay at SunnyCabin. Leave the Range Anxiety behind and take the scenic drive around Lake Arrowhead. Explore other nearby mountain communities such as Blue Jay, Cedar Glen, Lake Gregory, Crestline, and Running Springs. SkyPark at Santa's Village is just a 5 minute drive from the cabin. SunnyCabin is in a perfect location right in the heart of this majestic mountain village at Lake Arrowhead.
Guest access
*When booking, you must input the correct number of guests staying at SunnyCabin. After 4 guests, each additional guest will have a $50 per person per night fee added to the reservation. Maximum of 8 guests.
*Once you book with us we will send you detailed directions. Our keyless entry codes will be texted and/or emailed for easy access no later than 24 hours before check-in. We also offer a concierge service if you wish, which could include things like pre-stocked groceries, Lake tour, brewery/restaurant reservations, and more!
*Parking is in front of the house, on "LOWER" Flower Drive. 2-3 vehicles max. Also, there is an EV charger available and we can give you the access codes to use it if needed.
*Please be mindful of our full-time neighbors and DO NOT park in or in front of their homes or driveways. If we are called about a car parked anywhere else other than the designated spots for our home, there will be an additional $150 inconvenience fee added to your reservation upon checkout.

* There is a $50 fee per guest/per night after 4 people
* An EV charger for our guests is located at the front lower parking pad. Just request the access code to unlock it and we will send it to you right away
* Automatic whole house generator on stand-by should a power outage occur in the area
* We have a Keyless Entry Cabin so no need to worry about keys. Codes/directions to access will be given within 24 hours prior to book dates.
* An 80" OLED flatscreen Smart TV is ready to enjoy in the main great room. High Speed WiFi for best streaming. Just login to your online accounts and pick up on your favorite shows and/or start something new.
* Once you book with SunnyCabin, well send you a link to see our favorites list of places to eat and visit, a map of the lake with all the hiking trials, some "how-to" videos regarding the cabin, important info about Cal Trans road conditions, a updated events calendar of happenings at the village and the surrounding Lake Arrowhead community & so much more. We have also made a special leather bound "Guest Book" for all our SunnyCabin visitors as well with all this great information.
* We also have lake rights so we will extend our gate passes to our guests so you can take advantage of the picturesque trails and hike around the lake. **PLEASE NOTE that Lake Arrowhead is private and a special permit/license is required to actually take any boat/kayak/paddle board into the water. Additionally we do recommend near by Lake Gregory for fun lake activities open to the public. All this info and more can be found on the SunnyCabin website.
