Isla's Tiny Home Forest Retreat is a unique and unforgettable experience!

Nestled on 28 Acres of tranquil Florida nature, you can kick back laying in a hammock & star gaze, roast marshmallows on the fire, catch a stunning sunrise or play a round of disc golf.

Florida's premier fresh water springs within 20 to 30 minute drive including:

* Ginnie Springs
* Ichetuknee
* Blue Springs
* Poe
* Rum Island

The Historic town of Alachua, High Springs and Gainesville all within a 20 min drive.

The space
This fabulous solar powered tiny home was completed in 2023 and has a lot of excellent details that have gone into it to make your experience memorable!

The living room offers a couch and 55” tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime and many other channels. The couch can also turn into a single bed to give you a very comfortable nights rest.

The brand new kitchen consists of a mini fridge / freezer, microwave, hotplate, kettle, coffee press, blender and a toaster. Plates, cups and cutlery are on offer as well as pots and pans.

Relax and enjoy while sipping your coffee at the breakfast bar that offers views out to the forest.

The spacious bathroom offers a full size shower with hot and cold in abundance. Towels and other essentials also provided such as organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The main bedroom boasts a plush Queen size mattress with multiple pillows to snuggle into. Curtains wrap around the entire bedroom to offer privacy and darkness when needed. A work space is also on hand, which allows you to sit in bed and plug in a laptop.

The outdoor offers a fire pit and pick nick bench giving you the opportunity to dine and relax outdoors.

We provide Starlink High Speed internet!

We recently introduced a 6 hole Disc Golf course for guests to enjoy and also provide discs upon request. The baskets are all 24 chain PDGA approved.

Board games, cards, puzzles and books provided .

Guest access
Guests have full access to the tiny house, its front porch and the mowed area around the house.

Please be mindful that this property is apart of a larger property that has other residents living on it. With this in mind please be respectful not to walk into private property which is clearly posted. Please respect times of the day in which loud noises should be reduced.

Other things to note
Being situated in beautiful Florida nature means that bugs of many varieties are present especially in the summer. We always use pest control and offer bug spray to guests to minimize exposure. Our space is very well maintained and mowed and we ask you to be mindful not to leave the door open, which could allow bugs to enter the home.

We ask guests to not wear shoes inside the house. Feel free to leave them on the stairs inside the home.

We do not allow pets, or smoking inside or outside of the home. If we find evidence of either, there will be a minimum fine of $200.
