Before I even checked in, Elayne was a great communicator and understanding to my moving situation. Once I got there, she showed me around and made me feel comfortable. The cottage was very cute and I felt very safe.

A quite place. You need to take shower very quickly since the hot water ran out fast.

It was easy to meet Elayne and move-in was easy as well. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. Even though you're in the hills and have many winding roads when commuting from the place, it's a very pleasant drive and a nice change from typical LA congested driving. You need a car or Uber/Lyft as nothing to eat is within my walking distance, but that's just advice for those who will be staying without a car in the future. Phone service with Verizon was poor while in the room, but that was due to being in the hills and again, is just advice for future guests. Wifi worked well for me. I'll be back!

Perfect Airbnb experience. The location cannot be surpassed as it offers a quick and easy drive to the valley or places such as Santa Monica. The cottage-studio is situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood on a cul de sac. Parking is always available and just a few steps away. The landscaping outside the cottage is superb, adding to a feeling of natural serenity. Even outside the cottage, you will hear no city sounds at all. Inside, the cottage itself is everything as advertised in the photos and more. Clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. And you will not find a better Airbnb host than Elayne. She is very accommodating, particularly when arriving. Elayne completely respects your privacy but is there to answer any questions. Elayne knows Los Angeles as well as anyone, so she can make suggestions, if you are looking for things to do. As a result, you will discover that the price is beyond fair. In fact, you won’t find a better deal. All in all, it was a very serene experience in a very busy city, so I give it the highest recommendation possible.
