Freshly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on Ocean Blvd in Surfside Beach, SC! Brand new beds, furniture, you name it! Be one of the first to visit! Conveniently located within walking distance to the pier, shops and eateries. This condo is located on the third floor, meaning you can relax on the balcony and watch the waves! Added perks: there's a washer and dryer in the unit, an outdoor seasonal pool, and free parking! Surfside has so much to offer, but you will be minutes to Myrtle Beach as well.

The space
The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV and en suite. The secondary bedroom has a fun theme with 2 double beds and a TV. Roomy living space, kitchen has a breakfast bar. The large balcony is a great place to chill out and people watch or gaze across the street at the ocean.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire unit, except for the locked owner's closet, where we keep our supplies.

Other things to note
-There is no elevator. Must climb stairs.
-Must be 24 to book.
-We are not responsible for issues with the pool or other on-site amenities that we cannot control. We wil try to inform guests of any upcoming maintenance, however.
-We provide a set of towels per guest, bed linens, and a starter pack of essentials such as TP, paper towel roll, hotel size soaps, etc.
-We recommend you pack/buy your own supplies as needed, including beach towels.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay.
