① After making a reservation for this facility, we will send the My Page URL for registering customer information used at check-in to the email address or phone number (SMS) you provided at the time of reservation.
By entering information on My Page in advance, you will not need to enter information when checking in on the day.
*If your check-in date approaches and there is no entry on My Page, we may contact you to remind you.
② Three days before check-in, we will send you the unlock number for the facility entrance smart lock and the check-in code to use when checking in on your tablet.
*The number we will send you can only be used during your stay.
*Please note that if you have not completed your My Page entry, we may not be able to send your number or code correctly.
③After arriving at the facility on the day of check-in, please unlock the entrance using the smart lock unlock number sent to you in advance and enter.
First, press the center button, and after the number lights up orange, enter the unlock number and finally press E. Please note that the entrance is auto-locked.
When you enter the entrance, there is a counter with a tablet in front of you, so please take off your shoes and proceed to the tablet.
④Please check in and check out using the tablet as follows.

[3] Enter customer information *Customers who have already registered their information on My Page in advance do not need to enter.
[4] After entering customer information, you will be connected to an operator available 24 hours a day to confirm your identity.
