Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and waterfront directly behind the cabin. The waterfront property lines are visible by the large boulders surrounding the waterfront.

While the property is located on a private dirt road, guests are unlikely to experience problems accessing the Cabin. Should a heavy snowfall occur, a four-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad.

Parking on premise that easily accommodates 6 vehicles with room for towed trailer with boat and/or snowmobile/ATV is available on the driveway. Note: The cabin does not have a garage/covered parking.

Other things to note
Our cabin can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. However, please note that this includes a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children (or 8 adults maximum- without children). The bunk bedroom is designed to sleep up to 4 children, with two children per bunk bed. We want to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay, so we kindly ask that you adhere to this arrangement when planning your visit.

Two security cameras are located on the property, near the deck staircase entrances. It does not record guest activity and is used to verify cleaners have prepared the property for your stay.

Parties are not permitted, per Airbnb regulations.

No pets permitted.

Wire transfers not permitted.

This is a family friendly property – please respect the peaceful and quiet environment and refrain from loud music and parties.

Smoking is permitted only outside in the designated smoking area on the back deck.

The main level has a master bedroom; the remaining bedrooms do require use of stairs to access.

Only guests who are identified and confirmed during booking are to be on premise. No more than 10 occupants.

Kayaks and Paddle Boards are available from Mid-May through Mid-October

Please note, water levels at the beach change constantly. Our pictures provide an accurate depiction of the beach and water levels most of the time – but fluctuations will occur.
