Modern ONE bedroom flat in the middle of Soho, set amongst the cafes, restaurants, bars and shops of Old Compton Street and a few minutes walk to leafy Soho Square. The apartment is available for guests, either short or long-term, ideal for people on holiday in London.
The apartment is on the second floor (two floors above street level) with around thirty stairs, and no lift/elevator. It has a good sized double aspect living area with a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed with spring mattress, a large wardrobe and en-suite shower room. There is a sofa-bed in the living room (to sleep max 2 people).

I work regular office hours so cannot always meet guests for check-in, which will be a mutually convenient time. If you can't be flexible with this arrangement please do not book.
However, with advance notice I can be flexible with check-in/out times depending on previous/next guests and our availability. Please send details of your estimated check-in/out time when booking.
The apartment is at the junction of two busy streets so noise is unavoidable. All windows have secondary glazing to reduce the noise in the apartment. If you are a light sleeper then this location in central London is probably not for you - although earplugs are provided.

My wife, our two kids and I just spent 20 great days at this Soho flat. We must say that it was an excellent choice. From the initial enquiries to booking, from check-in to check-out, contacts with Ian were straightforward with quick responses. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos. It is an old building, so the staircase is narrow and steep, but once you are in the flat it is modern and has lots of light. The kitchen has a good amount of utensils, major appliances, except microwave. I suggested, as a future addition, a Nespresso machine, since there is a handy Nespresso shop close by at Piccadilly. Yes, it can be quite noisy, with windows closed there was a background that did not disturb our sleep, including the kids. I guess it depends on individual sensitivity. We found everything we needed at short walking distance (supermarkets, cafes, shops, great restaurants, transport, pharmacy, etc.), as should be being in the heart of London. Well, we will sure be looking forward to stay again. Thanks a lot!
Ian was very helpful and flexible in getting us checked in the morning. The location was wonderful and the apartment is what can be expected from the photos. Ian even left some beer in the refrigerator for us!
