It is at a beautiful villa, with a lovely courtyard plenty of typicals plants. It's a house set well back from the road. You will feel like you are out of the city!
It is locatedat at the best point of Ipanema's beach, and it is just one block away from it.
The house is also close to banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, and good restaurants.
House #1 in Villa Ipanema is perfect to 3 people but can accommodate up to 4.
It has a bedroom separeted of the living room.
1- At the bedroom there is a double bed and air conditioning, 2- At the living room there is a ceiling fan, a cable TV, with a 40" TV and a comfortable sofa-bed.
The house also has two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a laundry with a tank.
Included in the rental price are bed linens, towels, internet Wi Fi with an excellent connection, perfect for who comes to business, beach chairs and one parasol!
