Located on the fifth floor, Penthouse 5PH3 is a cherished retreat for our family, recently decorated to enhance its elegance and comfort. Unlike most units, ours boasts panoramic 180° views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the bay, visible through breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows and a private oversized balcony—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. 5PH3 is a unique penthouse located in the amenities building at Diamond Beach. Located close to the main elevators, 5PH3 has one of the shortest walks to the lazy river, pools, beach access, movie theater, fitness center, spa, and more!

Guests will conveniently access the property through the Diamond Beach Concierge upon arrival. Comprehensive and easy-to-follow instructions are included in the Welcome Letter, which will be provided six days prior to your stay. This ensures a smooth check-in process, allowing you to start your vacation stress-free and ready to enjoy all the resort has to offer!
Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests will be required to enter contact information and accept the terms and conditions of the Short Term Rental Agreement to stay at this property immediately upon booking. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation. Guests will be required to sign the Diamond Beach Owners Association Waiver of Liability, Disclaimer, and Indemnity Agreement at the Diamond Beach Concierge prior to check-in. Guests will be provided information to purchase optional travel insurance upon booking.
