The space

The apartment has an area of 43 square meters, is fully furnished and heated by central heating with underfloor heating. It includes a vestibule, an entrance hall with access to the kitchen with a dining area, living room and bathroom. The apartment has a new centrally located air conditioning unit with heating capabilities. The living room/bedroom has a queen bed (mattress size is 160x200cm), a two-seater sofa, an office table, a 4K TV with many channels and unlimited 5G fiber-optic internet. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.
A private off-street parking space is included, behind the main gate right in front of the apartment. For added security, the parking space is equipped with a security camera. The apartment is self check-in, keys can be picked up from a lockbox any time between 15:00 and midnight. Self check-in instructions written in English and Slovak are sent to the guest via email once the payment for the reservation is confirmed.
Other things to note
The apartment uses contactless self check-in. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment; visitors are not allowed without our prior consent. For legal reasons, online check-in must be completed before arrival by filling in and submitting the registration form, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Submitting the form is a condition for providing the lockbox code. Keys can be collected from the lockbox on the day of arrival between 3 PM and midnight. The online check-in form and detailed self check-in instructions in English/Slovak are sent to the guest via Booking chat shortly after a reservation is made.
Reservation requests from guests without prior reviews are generally not accepted. If you don’t have any reviews yet, please send us an inquiry message first.
