We are renting our home downtown Nederland.

The house was completely rebuilt in an energetically passive design. Because of this, it is incredibly comfortable. Step in it and forget the outside world.

Enjoy walking access to town businesses (2 min), public transit (1 min) and local trails (10-15min).

The house sleeps 12 **including a baby in the crib**. There are 4 beds sleeping 2, plus a sofa bed (+2), a floor mattress (+1) and a crib (+1).
