3) Party Policy: Sorry, no house parties allowed! 🎉 We love a good celebration, but quiet hours are all day to keep the peace with our wonderful neighbors.
4) Visitors: To keep things comfy and secure, only booked guests are allowed on the premises. 🤝
5) Fire Safety: Be a fire safety hero, especially with little ones around. 🔥 Follow all fire precautions and keep the fun safe.
6) Local Laws: Respect the state and city rules while enjoying your stay. Let’s be good citizens! 🏛️
7) Parking: Park it like it's hot—on the driveway only - room for up to 4 cars! 🚗 Street parking is a no-go.
8) Home Gym: Feel the burn safely! 💪 Our gym is all yours, but please use it sensibly and at your own risk (refer point 11).
9) Pet Policy: We love furry friends, but pets need to stay at home this time. 🐾 Thanks for understanding!
10) Trash duty's a breeze here! Just pop your garbage on the grass by the curb on Monday or Thursday mornings for collection. Remember to put it out the night before after 8 PM. On other days, our awesome cleaners will take care of it when you leave. Easy peasy! ♻️🗑️
11) The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
12) Here's what we provide for your convenience: Laundry room 🧺, fully equipped kitchenette 👩🍳 with professional cookware, Tupperware, and sealable bowls (please leave these behind to avoid charges), and periodic supplies of salt, pepper, and cooking oil (plan ahead for any other cooking or washing supplies you may need). Supermarkets are listed in our digital guidebook and are less than a 5-minute drive away 🚗🛒.

13) Just a quick heads-up! 🚨 If any emergency repairs are needed during your stay, it might take 18 to 36 hours to get someone out to fix it. Please be patient and polite during these situations. Thanks so much! 😊

16) 🚿 If the upstairs shower isn’t draining or starts to overflow, please stop using it immediately 🙏. You can quickly clear it by lifting the drain cover (see how‑to video ⚒️), or message us and we’ll handle it ASAP. Using the shower while the drain is clogged and overflowing may cause damage, and any repairs resulting from unreported use will be the guest’s responsibility. Trash collection days are Monday and Thursday mornings.
Please place your trash out on the grass between the curb and sidewalk at the end of the driveway on these mornings or the night before after 8 PM for collection. 🗑️🚛
