A Studio apartment in the very heart of Saint Germain des pres - one of the best located apartments in Paris! The address is on the main street, but the apartment is facing a courtyard, so it is very quiet. Perfect place to get the most of Paris!
A quiet 30 square meter studio in the very center of Saint Germain des Prés. The address is on the main street, but the studio is facing the courtyard, so it is very quiet. Interaction with Guests
I will try my best to see all the guests during their stay.
-Located in the very heart of Saint Germain des Prés just by the historic church. For those who don't know Paris it's in the 6th arrondissement, which is one of the safest, the most prestigious and popular areas in town. There are cafes such as " Café de Flore" and "Les Deux Magots"(where famous writers such as Hemingway and Sartre used to hang out). There are also high-end boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Armani, etc located just around the corner from the apartment.
-Considered by many to be the safest area in Paris
-Fantastic shopping right outside the door
-Restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, bakeries, galleries..etc
-There is a supermarket Monoprix open from 9am to 10pm around the corner from the apartment, and also Carrefour open from 7:30am to 11pm (open also Sunday morning) is about 10 minutes away.
Walking distance to many popular sites:
-The Louvre museum (15 min)
-D'Orsay Museum (15 min)
-Notre Dame Cathedral(20 min)
-The Seine River(10 min)
-Le Bon Marché, La Grande Épicerie (10 min)
-Jardin du Luxembourg (Luxembourg Garden - you can jog, picknick, and play tennis! ) (10 min)
-Taxi station right in front of the door (useful especially in Paris due to the shortage of taxis)
-Walking distance to three main metro lines: 1 min to Metro Saint Germain des Prés (line 4), 5 min to Metro Mabillon (line 10), 5 min to Metro Sèvres-Babylone (line 12, which takes you to the Montmartre area)
-Direct bus to Opera (No. 95), the Marais area(No. 96). the Eiffel tower (No.63 - get off at Bosquet Rapp)
Other Things to Note
It is on the 5th floor (top floor) and no elevator. So it can be a little bit tough if you have heavy luggage. But I am normally waiting for you at the apartment, so I will just come downstairs and help you carry your bags!
No big parties, no smoking, no pets please. Check in time is after 2pm, and check out is before 11am, but I am very flexible. There is no problem checking in earlier or checking out later - as long as the apartment is available. So just let me know!
Muy buena ubicación, a mi gusto está ubicado en el mejor barrio! El departamento es tal cual lo describen las fotos. Perfecto para una estadía para dos personas en París. Limpio y práctico. Muy buena experiencia, lo recomiendo!
Tadas room is amazing. Best air bnb I've stayed in for sure. Makes you feel like you live a Persian lifestyle
Tada's apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. It's in the best location and so is easy to walk everywhere. The stairs getting up to the apartment were probably a good thing for us after all the eating we were doing, but I wouldn't recommend for anyone with walking difficulties. Thank you Tada for a wonderful stay!
If you're looking for a cosy, centrally located to all the sites in Paris, but is quiet, clean and packs loads of Parisian charm, this is the place. A fantastic value for 1-2 people. I booked Tada's place on a whim when I decided to go to Paris last minute, and Tada responded to me within 30 minutes. Tada was easy to reach every step of the way, and made every step of the process seamless. The location is in one of the wealthiest, safest and chicest areas of Paris, with ample amount of quality food, nightlife and attractions nearby (personal favourites include Cafe Le Flore for a bite and Prescription Cocktail Club, Le Montana for after hour fun). The Saint Germain des Pres Metro stop is literally steps away, and you're within 10-15 minutes ride (sometimes walk) to all the major attractions in Paris. Top notch accomodation and hosting, and will gladly keep Tada in mind next time I'm back in Paris.
The flat is really cosy and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay in Paris! There is a supermarket really close to the flat and a subway station as well! Tada responded to our mails and short messages really quickly. Unfortunately, the hotplate didn´t work. But all in all, I would really recommend the flat!
Quiet, spacious studio with good wireless in a wonderful location. Does not have a toilet in the apartment, but the shared toilet is not far across the external hallway. Host did not respond to three messages over the course of a month on the airbnb thread, and got in touch only the day before with needed information.
The flat is very quiet - located at the very top of a typical Parisian (hausmannian) building, it is therefore very bright. Well located, on Rive Gauche, right in front of Café de Flore, it is also very close to Musée d'Orsay, Louvre etc They can all be reached by foot!
The heating, TV and Internet worked wonderfully! The bed was ok for one person, maybe too smal for two though...The shower was very hot - watch out before jump in!
One negative point for me (but it was specified in the flat description provided by the host) is the toilet! Located outside the flat, I find it very inconvenient to leave the apartment with the key and walk three meters down the corridor to reach the toilet...But once again, it was said in the description before!
Overall, a great stay in Paris thanks to this great studio!
