If you’re planning a trip to Austin, why not stay someplace truly unique to help you fully enjoy Texas’ capital city?
My place is a brand new custom 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo teems with modern coolness – Every fixture in this home has the perfect balance between form and function, highlighted by an abundance of natural light and a variety of beautiful artifacts and artwork throughout. You’ll fall in love with the condo’s open concept layout and many unique features, such the chalkboard wall in the downstairs bathroom, the chevron wall in the living room, and the graffiti wall commissioned by a local Austin artist. You'll find the backyard good-sized and very functional. When you’re not out enjoying one of the many fine local restaurants, cook at home in the unit’s fully equipped kitchen including a pull out drawer microwave, complete with plenty of bar stools and located in the middle of the floor plan. It's certainly an easy focal point! The rain showers in the bathrooms are quite relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing and fun. Each bedroom comes furnished with a plush queen bed and luxury hotel bedding to ensure that you get the best night’s sleep during your stay.
You’ll love the location – From here, you’re walking distance from Town Lake and the nightlife and bars on trendy Rainey Street. This is truly an East Austin paradise!
My house also has easy access to the highway- from there it is as easy drive to the Formula 1 Circuit Americas race track or to the outlet malls in San Marcos.

Fantastic location in East Austin - Walking distance to Town Lake and Rainey Street! My neighborhood is walk-able and central for most Austin activities. Within a 15 minute walk you could be sipping coffee at the hipster friendly Cenote Cafe, kayak or run around Town Lake, have a craft cocktail at Weather Up or shop at one of the eclectic stores on Cesar Chavez.
The Austin International Airport is a 15 minute drive/cab ride. From my place, you are walking distance to most places, but there are also public buses near by and Car2go designated spots a few blocks over.

I dont have a ton of house rules since a home to me is about relaxing and feeling comfortable. However, I do have some items that will just help make the experience better for all future guests.
1) No smoking indoors
2) I do have a stocked bar- but it is for my personal use, so please dont drink it.
3) Please dont wear heels around in the house since it will create dents in the hardwood floors.
4) Just be respectful of my things and belongings and dont break anything!
Great house and place to stay in Austin! Walking distance to Rainey St. and a fun stay for big groups. Well-supplied with amenities, too.
Amit was a fantastic host. The place was absolutely ideal for what we were looking for. We were in Austin to celebrate a bachelor party with a group of friends and he was more than helpful with setting up the place and making sure that we had everything we needed. Everywhere we wanted to go was right around the corner. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Great apartment in an awesome, central location! There were five of us there for a bachelorette party and there was enough room for all of us to fit comfortably. Amit was very responsive and helpful, would definitely recommend!
Amit is the man. Great house, great location, tons of space. I would definitely stay here again.
Amit was a great host! The rentals were perfect for a bachelorette weekend. We rented both sides and had more than enough space for 11 girls. The houses were found perfectly clean and Amit even left champagne for us to celebrate with! The location is great - an easy walk to Rainey street. Amit was easy to communicate with and always had a quick response. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Austin!
Amit was a great host and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had what we needed. He even offered to head to the store to get some provisions for us before we arrived...which we didn't end up taking up the offer on, but it was a nice courtesy. The home was exactly as described and a short walk to the awesome bars and food on Rainey Street. We all enjoyed our stay and only wished for better weather to take advantage of the awesome back yard the home also offers.

About the Host, Amit
I am an American born Indian who has spent half my life living on the east coast in New Hampshire and half my life living in Austin Texas (which I think is one of best places in the world naturally). To say I love traveling is an understatement because I feel like i have invested into travel as a lifestyle. I have been to 63 countries in 7 continents and constantly read travel articles. Consequently, one of my favorite things about travel is food and people that I meet. I am naturally a very outgoing and curious individual so I love to meet people on my travels. Enjoying a nice meal with new friends is probably one of the best things that I can hope for on any trip. I think the ritual and process of eating is extremely interesting.
