Homestead 180 is a fully restored 1893 folk Victorian farmhouse in the historic center of Maysville, Georgia close enough to Atlanta to be easy, far enough to feel like a genuine reset. An hour from Atlanta. A world away.
Inside you'll find three distinctly designed bedroom suites, a great room made for gathering, and a kitchen that actually gets used. Original hardwood floors, wood-paneled ceilings, and rooms full of character you won't find in any hotel.
The space
The farmhouse is yours exclusively - booked as a full private buyout, so your group has all the bedrooms, common areas, kitchen, and wraparound porch to yourselves.
• Three bedroom suites - two queens and one king, each with its own design, character and full bathrooms.
• A flex room with a daybed, ideal for a solo traveler, an assistant, or a quiet reading corner
• A great room built for gathering and a kitchen made for real cooking
• Wraparound porch and a backyard fire pit for slow evenings
Sleeps up to 8.

The land
Step off the porch onto eight acres that are home to a small working farm. Garden beds and pasture brought back to life over the last several years. It's an active labor of love, and part of what makes a stay here feel real.
Please note: the farmhouse and its immediate grounds are your private space, but they sit within a larger working property that includes a separate residence. The wider acreage is shared, active farmland. You're welcome to wander it, with the understanding that it's a living farm, not a private estate.
