Circus House! Artistic! Midtown!

House - Entire home/apt · Dickson Place Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30309, United States

This weekend (March 21-23) only: $195 for the entire weekend! Save $105!

This listing is for the entire space!
(It is listed as a one bed/room space, but there is more than one arrangement for sleeping if necessary).

Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, circus toys, and art, oh my!
The House of Rishi defines the word eclectic! This is a truly unique space that is not only filled with art, but inspires the artist within you. Feel free to make your own art and hang it! Feel free to inquire about the art, the artists, and the asking price! It's like living in an art gallery with circus toys!
One large private room with a king size heat/weight sensitive memory foam bed. Air hockey table for relieving stress and having fun! Large kitchen and large living room. Many interesting things to explore both inside and out: aerial contraptions to play on in the living room; private porch with futon (extra people? No problem!) and great people watching; backyard garden with fire pit (enjoy the juxtaposition of a looming skyscraper while sitting around a campfire! A truly unique feeling).
This is a very engaging neighborhood. No need to drive when everything is within walking distance! Fabulous nightclubs, delicious restaurants, friendly cafes, and Piedmont Park are all within a few blocks. One of the best aspects is: while all these exciting possibilities are so close, the House of Rishi is hidden on a side street so you can also enjoy your peace and quiet. Also nearby:
Fox Theater
The High Museum
Botanical Gardens

Three blocks to the train station (goes directly to the airport)!
Very LGBT friendly!
Why would you want to stay anywhere else?

  • The Circus House in Midtown was great! The location right by Piedmont Park was a great place to base our 2 days in Atlanta. The house was clean and much more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable, memory foam I think, and king sized which was wonderful! Our pups loved patrolling the neighborhood from the front porch and parking was pretty easy.

  • Plenty of Character, clean, excellent location.

  • This place is filled with personality, and it's located in an amazing part of Atlanta. Charles is a friendly, down-to-earth, helpful host. Although our stay was short, it was relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks Charles! If we return to Atlanta, we'll stay longer to enjoy more air hockey and that spacious front porch.

  • This house is absolutely fantastic. The decorations are great with wonderful artwork on the walls and cool things sitting around (like a unicycle!). It's in a great location - I walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner, and walked to a coffee shop the next morning for breakfast. Both times everyone that I walked by was very friendly. The house has fast wifi and Netflix, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking things if you want to cook. The bathroom is large and very clean (actually, the entire place is large and very clean). I really have no complaints at all from my stay at this house, everything is just amazing!

A couple of other reviewers mentioned parking - I didn't have any problems finding parking.

Charles was also fantastic to rent from. He responded quickly every time I contacted him, and was very flexible on check-in/check-out times.

On the whole, I loved renting this place and will definitely rent it again next time I'm in Atlanta! The location and price (and pet friendliness!) are just unparalleled. Thanks so much Charles!!

  • Charles has a cozy, clean, eccentric home in an excellent, walkable neighborhood. Really enjoyed the variety of artwork scattered around the house. If it's a nice night, I highly recommend sleeping on the bed on the front porch. It was very comfy and my friends said the same of the king bed inside. Charles was quick to respond to any questions before and during my stay. Highly recommended if you're looking for something a little funkier than a standard hotel.

  • Had a fantastic stay at Charles' place! We placed our booking very last minute, but Charles was very willing to work with us and even found time to both clean up the place and provide us with towels.

The place itself is fantastic! By far one of the coolest places I've stayed in through airbnb. Very happy we stayed here instead of at a hotel or elsewhere.

    I highly recommend it.

  • This place was FANTASTIC!! Perfectly located, with plenty of cool spots nearby, but so comfortable we kind of just wanted to hang out on the porch futon and drink wine. Great sound system, awesome art, and super helpful host. It truly felt like I was visiting a really cool friend's place while he was out of town.

  • This place is INCREDIBLE!! I loved staying here! And the location was very safe and right the middle of everything! The host was very hospitable and accessible and I would have loved to stay longer and I would like to stay here again!

  • The host was very sweet and we had a great conversation, the neighborhood was walkable with decent food options & a park near the house. The apartment was fun, inspiring, clean and cozy.

  • Cozy, eclectic, and perfect. Our stay was only for a night but it was worth it! It's walking distance from much of what I love about Midtown, I would very much recommend the Circus House!
    Thank you, Charles!
