Private parking is available in the backyard. Since this apartment is part of a duplex, the backyard parking area is shared with guests from the other unit. You’re welcome to park up to 1 car in the backyard per apartment—just make sure to keep the driveway clear so everyone can move in and out of the parking lot without obstruction. For additional parking, free street parking is available, except on Tuesdays from 7 am to 1 pm.

While you may have some friendly neighbors upstairs, we’ve thoughtfully renovated our space with new soundproofing flooring for everyone’s comfort. That said, like any multi-level home, occasional sounds—such as excited footsteps or loud music—may travel between floors. we kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM to keep things peaceful.
