Modern, comfortable, clean and warm.
A double room in a 3 bedroom`s apartment in the city centre. Wonderful location, walking distance to all city centre attractions - Temple Bar, Guinness Store, beside St Patrick Cathedral, Christh Church.

The space

The room is small but cozy, is more then perfect for one person but it works for two as well, the bed is for couple.

I provide clean budget rooms for a budget price. Better than a hostel, but not as fancy as a hotel. You are staying in a room in our apartment, sharing our life and our routine as well, make sure if you are able to stay that way.

Don`t forget that we have a kid.

There will be other guests in the apartment during your stay, you are booking a room not an entire apartment. Your room is not shared, the apartment is shared.

The shower, toilet are shared between my family and you, the other room have a private bathroom . There is a lock on the bathroom door for your privacy.

There is clothes washer available for your use but with a cost of €5,00 each time that you want to use.

Fresh clean bedding and towels are provided for every guest. If you need more towels, just ask me or my husband.

I provide dryer as well, you could need that, you know... Irish Weather :)

Guest access

Kitchen, balcony and living room area are available for your use.

You have options, walk up stairs or take the lift to get to the apartment which is on the first floor.

Interaction with guests

Me or my husband will do the check in for you, we love have chats with our guests.

Other things to note

You must call me when you arrive to the apartment, this is absolutely MANDATORY I do not have a front desk or reception like a hotel would. You must call just this way I will know that you are outside of the apartment to be collected, check you in, and give you the keys. If your mobile phone does not work in Ireland please use a payphone to call.

I can store luggage before you check in or after you check out. But you have to ask for that. Check out is anytime before 10 a.m.

Great location just outside of the city center, about a 10 minute walk to Temple bar and just 3 minutes to St Patrick's cathedral. Aline and her family were full of energy and fun to get to know! Great stay in Dublin!

Aline and Rogerio are warm and welcoming. They were my first AirBNB experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better one! The location is perfect, within walking distance to Temple Bar and loads of restaurants/pubs, yet removed enough that it is quiet and peaceful. Aline's son is a joy. The room was comfortable, and Aline has a tiny area in the hallway set up with coffee and stocked with digestives and Dublin travel guides for her guests. Thank you, Aline and family!

Aline and her family were welcoming and kindly allowed us to check in early when we asked. The room was clean, comfortable, just as advertised. Tea and coffee were available. The area has some excellent food, and is a nice 15 minute walk to city center attractions. We only stayed one night but would have been happy to do another.

Our stay was amazing! Aline and her fakily are so nice and welcoming. The room and bathroom was so clean and pretty. I have to say her bed is so comfortable and with the chilly temperature outside we had the best sleep ever! The location is very close about a 10 min walk from center and bus stops. Aline helped me out with all of my questions and concerns :) thanks for a great stay!!

Aline and her family are very nice and welcoming. The location is a 15 minute walk from most attractions on the south side of the city. The room is the perfect size and use of the kitchen was nice to have as well

Aline's place was easy to find and about 20 minute walk from the center of Dublin. Aline was not there at the time of the check in but her son Pietro let us in and was a joy to be around. Aline was very kind to let us use her kitchen for breakfast and dinners. We did have a shared bathroom but this was not an issue for us. Aline provided water and cookies at our arrival which was a nice touch. Our stay in Dublin was very comfortable.

Honestly the best experience I have had with AirBnB. Due some delays out of control, we ended up missing our flight to Dublin so we did not arrive until late the night of our check-in. Aline was very understanding and her husband had no problem checking us in at 1:30am. We were apologetic, but he assured us it was alright. He helped us with our bags and showed us the apartment. He offered us leftovers from his son's birthday party which I was quick to accept! Also, they left crackers and bottled water in our room, as well as clean towels and toothbrushes. I did not expect such hospitality from a host, but it was a welcome surprise. Aline, her husband, and her son were all very pleasant people and made us feel right at home. I enjoyed speaking to them and I greatly appreciated there understanding of out check-in situation. One thing to note, as Aline stated, the flat is their primary residence. The room was spotless and far exceeded my expectations, but the rest of the apartment was obviously lived in. This by no means means the flat was dirty or that it was a problem, because Aline made it clear that her family lived there. Just don't come in expecting everything to be absolutely spotless. Also the location was perfect. It was right across from the new Teeling Distillery, and a relatively short walk from every other main attraction. We didn't have to use public transit at all during our stay. I could not recommend this flat more!
