We really loved having the place to ourselves. There is nothing better than being in Rome feeling like you live there. Place was really clean the bathroom and shower were our favorite our of all the places we've stayed at during our European adventure. There is a supermarket 3 minutes walking from the apartment that was awesome! It's super cheap and they have everything you need! :)
I would recommend this flat for anyone looking for a clean and secure place.
Fabio was great, very understanding and responsive when we told him we were arriving later than expected. Gabriele, Fabio's uncle was super inviting when we arrived. The apartment was perfect for five people and is definitely big enough for six. We really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which included all the necessary supplies. We loved going to the little pasta shop, Pasta al l'Vovo, on Via Jenner near Piazza San Giovanni. The fruit market directly across from the apartment is a must, and a patisserie in the round-about. The city center was accessible by public transportation, if you don't mind busing it, a little far, bout 30 mins by the H. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The shower and the washing machine were good. I am very happy with the value of this accommodation. The only problem we encountered was not being able to find the dumpster!
We stayed 2 nights here and it was great! The room is great for 5 people and the price is very cheap. Fabio was nice because he helped us a lot with the transport to the airport. The only problem was the language. We couldn't really communicate well because we don't speak Italian, not with Fabio but with his worker. But everything else was cool, so I would recommend this place.
My family stay two night at this apartment. It was nice and clean. Almost everything you need available there. Location is nice as well. You can take direct bus (no. 44) to Piazza Venezia. Mr Gabriele and Mrs antonella are very friendly. They try to give you all help you need, even you book this apartment at the same day. Car parking in Rome is always a challenge , however, they will help you :)
We would definitely recommend Fabio's apartment.
I rented this apartment for my friends who were coming to visit me in Rome. Our first impression was that the place was very clean and modern. The kitchen is fantastic with a dishwasher and a big fridge. The bathroom and main rooms were also very clean. And for 4 guests, we were very comfortable for the week-end. The pictures represent well what the apartment looks like. As for the host, unfortunately I did not get the chance to meet him but my friends informed me that he was very helpful and welcoming upon their arrival.
The apartment is about 30 min with public transportation to go downtown. During the day, there is no problem to hop on the H bus towards Termini or even the tram 8 to Piazza Venezia. It is near the Trastevere center which is beautiful to shop, visit and go out. We spent most of the week-end in this neighborhood which is ideal for students.
I would definitely recommend Fabio's apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It was definitely worth the price considering that we were 4 guests.
My husband and me spent a week in Fabio's apartment. The apartment is overall nice and tidy, although not very large. It is fully equipped, including: a fridge, a gas stove,an iron and an iron board,a toaster, a hair-dryer. So making breakfast or ironing wasn't a problem. However the washing machine didn't work during our stay but it didn't matter to us. And I wish there was a microwave oven. First we were a bit disappointed as the apartment is situated in the basement rather than on the ground floor. And there wasn't enough light for me and also it was a little damp. But then we got used, and even liked the cool temperature.
Fabio seems to be a nice person, although we never met him. He arranged a taxi from and back to the airport for us.
It usually took us from 30 to 40 minutes to get to the Rome sights by tram or by buses. There were mini-supermarkets, a local market, and several pizza places nearby which was very convenient.
The neighbourhood is quite quiet and nice.
The aparment will be good for a couple, or for a family with kids, as it has 2 separate rooms - a bedroom and a living room+kitchen.
We would recommend Fabio's apartment.
Fabio’s appartment is very nice and new, clean, with everything you may need. However, the washing machine was not working during our stay, and the air was a little damp in the apartment, as it is situated on the ground floor; all the rest was fine. The location is good, about 25 minutes to the city centre by tram. We would recommend this place.
