Response from Denise:

Oh I am sorry you felt that way, It has worked well maybe better for families, that couples, the WIFI on telephones is not that good in the room, laptop is better and I gave you a place with a tip to work in front patio for the best reception, I wish you would have told me I would have let you use my kitchen. It is described properly as a kitchenette with all the items it does have listed and in photos and at $95 the price reflects this, maybe it was not read all the way though, the places with full kitchens go for about $135 per night, if you check, and because it has a microwave, electric wok, 2 burner hotplate, you just have to be creative to cook a full on dinner with the toaster it is meant for people who mostly want to do lunch and breakfast, then eat out or order in for dinner, I did point out a few very inexpensive places to eat, and also provided paper plates and cups if you did not want to do dishes, and I showed you the special container to either put the dishes out for me to wash or to wash with the handheld shower head or in the bathroom sink. we have plans to add a kitchen and the rent will go up to reflect that. We feel that for 3 or 4 nights it is a good value and paper plates and cups work just fine for most people. Sorry that you did not read and look at the photos to understand what you were getting from the start, most people understand what they are getting and I am sorry this was not apparent to you. I enjoyed having you at our home. Denise

Response from Denise:

thanks for your very nice review we hope you will return because we intend to fix up the loft for larger kids, so that the sofa bed does not need to be open, making the place seem small. the loft will be great and kids will love it, we just need to build a safe stairway and window to down below for them to see you and you to see them, we are always listening and improving our space, under the loft our plans are to build a kitchen with sink and larger refrigerator, and cooking area with stools and a bar. this is my project now, since I am retired, and we feel that the price is very fair in comparison with other places to adjust for these things. regards and do come again . Best Denise and I agree, people do not usually come to SB to sit in their rooms!
