Location, Location, Location! Nestled in downtown Gold Beach, this charming Sea Bear cottage offers the best of both worlds—majestic mountains to one side and the serene ocean to the other. please make note the yard is not fenced in completely !! Just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and the beach, you’ll enjoy unparalleled convenience. Plus, with Curry General Hospital nearby, access to healthcare and employment opportunities is a breeze.

Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, elegant granite countertops and custom subway tile.

The two bedrooms include a master suite with a clever space-saving closet insert, ensuring comfort and functionality. The bathroom boasts custom tile, adding a touch of luxury.

A large laundry area and a versatile bonus room make this cottage perfect for remote work or accommodating guests. High-end privacy windows throughout provide tranquility and natural light.
There is a small (Not completely fenced yard.) Recent upgrades include a brand-new HVAC system, dishwasher, and kitchen faucet, all installed in July 2024, along with a new roof from 2015.

FIREPLACE : Electric and only for ambience not for heat.
