Individually styled en-suite rooms offer the discerning guests a choice of twin or double lavishly furnished accommodation. Period furnishings add to the Victorian splendour of our de-luxe bedrooms where you will find a superior bathroom and shower, and those little extras one might expect. Coronets overhang the beds creating a luxurious romantic feel to our double rooms. Naturally all rooms are equipped with refreshment tray, tv with freeview, free wi-fi connection and hairdryer.
You may wish to relax in our comfortable Residents' Sitting Room after a delicious home-cooked family dinner (by prior arrangement).

Exclusive use by groups of 10 plus including stags and hens. Let us put a package of activities together for you, e.g. indoor climbing, clay pigeon shoot, high ropes, kayaking, water sports, mountain biking, mini-quads, massage to name but few.
Regular flights to Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness; trains to Aviemore (20 minutes by car to Grantown) and Inverness (40 minutes by car/taxi). We can arrange transport to and from Inverness and Aviemore if required.
For the whisky lover, Rosehall provided one of the venues for Roving Dinner as part of the 2012 Whisky Festival. We can offer advice and arrange visits to any one of the 50 or so distilleries in the area (transport can be arranged to avoid driving after a dram or two).
There is a museum in Grantown well worth a visit; we can provide a rest for those walking the Dava Way or Speyside walks and is walking distance from the famous fishing River Spey. Mortimers in the High Street is a good place to obtain fishing gear, advice and fishing lessons.
