Located in a small village near Odeceixe, it combines the simplicity of traditional rammed-earth architecture with an unobstructed view over the Seixe stream valley.
It is a semi-detached village house on one side, maintaining a high level of privacy in its outdoor areas.

The space
Casa Sul accommodates up to 4 people and is ideal for a quiet getaway in the middle of nature and just 5 minutes from the beach.

It has a bedroom, a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower base and a low-height mezzanine with two single beds and a lot of charm, a space full of light that children love!

The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, small refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and mixer. The house also has air conditioning, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.

Built on land, using traditional techniques, provides a pleasant interior temperature throughout the year.

Outside, a private patio perfect for lingering over breakfast or relaxing at the end of the day. It is equipped with a barbecue, a generous wooden dining table and a hammock to rest and enjoy the quiet of the small village.

It has a small immersion pool (3x1.5m) of salt water and exclusive use to relax in an environment of total privacy.

Baiona is a quiet village that accompanies the river Seixe, a natural border between the Alentejo and the Algarve, and is half walls with the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast National Park. It benefits from the proximity of magnificent beaches, allowing numerous activities such as surfing, stand-up paddle and canoeing, exploring the different trails of the Rota Vicentina and also for bird watching.
A short walk of 900 meters, which crosses the bridge over the river Seixe, is the center of Odeceixe, the village that concentrates commerce and services and where there are several restaurants, pharmacy, ATM and local products in the existing market right at the entrance. Odeceixe beach is only 4 km away.
