The house is located 10 min drive from El Nido town and 5 min drive from Lio beach. You will need a scooter, car, or rent a tricycle or van to get around. We are happy to assist.

Our neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is safe. They have dogs and roosters, a tradition in the Philippines.

The house is equipped with a backup battery system to prevent power outages, which occur frequently in El Nido. Air conditioners and some other high-consumption appliances are not connected to this battery. Under certain exceptional circumstances, such as a long power outage scheduled by the electricity provider, we may recommend that you reduce the use of certain appliances to have a longer backup duration.

The pool is not supervised and has no fence, do not leave children alone and swim at your own risk.
